We deliver all services through directly employed and suitably trained workforce. We recognise that our people are our business and as such place a huge emphasis on recruitment, vetting and training.
Our service solutions stem from a culture of continuous improvement where all our people are encouraged to challenge our methods at every opportunity. This allows us to be innovative in our solution design, ensuring that our customers receive a bespoke service that is appropriate for their building and the requirements of its occupiers.

Through our culture of continuous improvement, we are always looking to challenge what we do as well as why and how we do it. This regularly sees us challenging the equipment and products we use and we are always on the lookout for equipment and products that have less of an impact on the environment.

Escalate in the Community
Adding value and supporting local communities
Escalate in the Community is a valuable extension to our award-winning Escalate training and development initiative. Through our Client and Community Ambassadors, we develop community support activities and events around each project we undertake.
Each support programme, named the ‘STAR Pledge’ features a range of commitments, designed and tailored to the needs of local stakeholders. Delivery involves extensive collaboration and support from a host of agencies and bodies, coordinated and managed by StarFM Group’s in-house team.
We further support each programme by providing employees with five volunteering days to enable their fullest participation.
Our pledge extends to maintaining and extending Escalate in the Community in the years ahead so that it supports a positive and sustainable change in the communities in which we work.
